Our decodable books have been vetted by the Reading League and included on their list of decodable resources!  

Decodable Books are books that include text that can be read phonetically using the rules of phonics instruction taught up to that point.  This set of fourteen decodable books aligns with the sequence of sounds taught in our Basic Foundational Reading program, which include all basic consonants and short vowel sounds.  A few high-frequency words are also included in each book, which can be found on the inside cover.

Illustrations on the inside of the book are black and white.  Each book also incorporates a discussion on vocabulary and comprehension.
